Arundel Lido Triathlon 2014, Standard Distance (800m Swim, 40km Bike, 10Km Run), 2:28:56, 92nd out of 122 finishers.
Also entered the Arundel Castle Triathlon (1500m river swim, 40k bike and 10k run - came 42nd out of 143 overall and managed 16th with my bike time.

Ironman distance swim (3.8Km) in the river Arun, 250th out of 351 finishers in 1h:18m.

Worthing Olympic Distance Triathlon 2014 (1500m sea swim, 40km bike, 10km run) - entered as relay team with Alan & Pete, 4th out of 12 teams.

Just completed 3km swim and then had a go at fly boarding, what a great way to spend the day!

Alan & I entered the Major Series a 10k obsticle course and came 23rd out of 1267 starters!

Sharon, Marcus, Chrissy & I set a new Guinness World Record for SUPing - 254 of us out over a mile course

Hanging Tough - Alan & I completed the 12 mile Tough Mudder assault course in 2hr 5mins, easily making the top 100 out of 17,000 starters!
